Which events bring your customers together? The answer may be a giant trade show, a regional professional conference or a focused two-day expo. Start with our searchable convention finder and city events finder. Filter by market and month, open the organizer’s official listing, and shortlist the events that match your buyers.

Choose the event for its audience

Attendance alone does not tell you whether a show is right for your business. An exhibitor selling medical technology may get more from a specialist conference than a much larger public festival. Look at who attends, where they stay, whether you have a booth or hosted meeting, and how long the event runs.

Extend your booth beyond the building

If your company has a booth inside, a digital mobile billboard can point attendees toward it while they travel through the city. Use a short invitation such as “Meet us at Booth 412,” a product reveal or a reception message. Nearby restaurants, hotels and service businesses can use the same event period to reach relevant visitors without exhibiting.

What a full event day could look like

A dedicated campaign can be planned for a 10-hour day when truck, driver, budget and local operating conditions allow. The schedule might begin before doors open to greet arriving vendors and guests on permitted public routes, shift toward hotel and business districts while attendees are inside, then return to visitor corridors at show closing. Evening hours may focus on restaurants, hotels and approved public approaches to off-site gatherings. This is a planning example, not a promise of continuous presence at an entrance or a fixed route.

For a multi-day show, creative can change: awareness on day one, an appointment or booth invitation on day two, and a final-day message later. Route feasibility depends on traffic, road closures, local rules, safety and truck availability. We cannot guarantee that every attendee sees the screen.

Make the response easy

Use a short memorable URL, a landing page for appointments, or a booth-specific offer. QR codes can help stationary pedestrians; do not make a driver’s scan the only way to respond. Ask booth visitors how they heard about you and compare that with the documented truck schedule.

Independence matters: In many cases, we are an independent advertiser with no affiliation with the event or its vendor program. An outside campaign does not grant venue property access, show sponsorship or permission to use an event’s marks. Organizer or venue partnerships require separate approval.

Find your next opportunity

Search major city events or multi-day conventions, then check the official organizer site for current dates and details. We can help turn a shortlist into a practical campaign proposal.
