Mobile billboard pricing depends on what the campaign needs to accomplish. A one-city shared program is different from an exclusive multi-truck campaign built around a major event. The most useful quote explains the campaign scope, what is included, and how the plan supports the audience.

The biggest pricing factors

Market and operating area

Truck availability, local operating conditions, travel distance, parking, and route complexity vary by market. A campaign in one downtown area has a different logistical profile from a regional or multi-city rollout.

Campaign length and daily hours

Pricing reflects the number of campaign days and scheduled operating hours. Longer commitments may create efficiencies, while intensive short-term event schedules can require more coordination.

Shared or exclusive

A shared rotation spreads the truck cost across a limited group of advertisers. An exclusive campaign gives one advertiser control of the truck, route, schedule, and creative rotation, and is priced accordingly.

Truck count and special dates

Multiple trucks create more coverage and coordination. Major conventions, championship games, festivals, holidays, and other high-demand dates can also affect availability and logistics.

Creative and activation needs

Ask whether design support, landing pages, QR code setup, GPS reporting, street teams, product sampling, brand ambassadors, or special routing are included or quoted separately.

A transparent Miami option: ELITE 305 is $700 per week, billed every four weeks, and includes truck visibility, a weekend street team, postcards, and an advertiser card on the campaign landing page. Availability is limited.
