Start with the home project, then choose the audience.
The organizer lists the Oklahoma City Home + Garden Show for January 22–24, 2027 at the Bennett Event Center in OKC Fair Park. Its exhibitor categories include construction and renovation, kitchen and bath, landscaping, flooring, roofing and home services. That makes the show a useful planning anchor for businesses serving home projects; it does not establish how many people will see a truck or become customers.
A digital mobile billboard campaign can introduce a business, direct an interested visitor to a confirmed exhibit or support consultation bookings after the show. Choose one of those jobs first. Trying to fit a full product catalog, multiple locations and several promotions on one screen makes the message harder to use.
Three creative briefs with different destinations.
A remodeling consultation: propose “Planning a kitchen update? Book a design consultation.” Use a mobile page with service-area information, examples the business has permission to use and a short appointment request. Include a price or financing statement only when the advertiser has verified its current terms.
A confirmed exhibitor meeting: propose “See [product] in person. Visit [verified booth].” The destination should show the actual exhibit location, demo window and appointment option. Confirm participation and booth information before preparing the artwork; a truck booking does not include exhibit space.
A garden or outdoor-living service: propose “Plan your next outdoor project” with a consultation page that identifies the business’s real service area and next step. This can also work as a post-show follow-up message. These are illustrative briefs, not actual customer offers, client campaigns or promises of results.
Use the published hours to choose operating windows.
The organizer currently lists Friday noon–8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.–8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.–5 p.m., all local Oklahoma City time. Compare an arrival-oriented window, a daytime business-destination message and an after-show appointment reminder. Pick the window that supports the advertiser’s hours rather than assuming a continuous route is necessary.
The listed venue address is 3101 Gordon Cooper Boulevard. The organizer identifies the south lobby as the show entrance. Those details help locate the event; visitor directions, parking information and a venue map do not authorize an advertising truck to enter, stop, stage or display on venue property.
Plan the actual public-road operation.
Request a review of suitable public-road approaches outside controlled event areas. Check vehicle dimensions, turning space, traffic, closures and lawful stopping options for the campaign dates. Keep emergency access, bus movements and pedestrian crossings clear. Any private-lot staging or venue access must be confirmed separately with the appropriate property owner or organizer.
A local showroom or appointment destination may be a better campaign anchor than a repeated stadium-style loop. If the brief also includes downtown Oklahoma City or another city, specify a separate audience window and allow for travel. A state coverage page is not a guarantee of truck inventory or permission to use a particular road.
Connect the message to a measurable next step.
Test the destination on a phone before launch. Check that the form works, the right person receives the inquiry and staff can identify a consultation request. Use an agreed campaign-tagged link, a memorable page address or a suitable call-response method. Keep visits, completed inquiries, attended appointments and booked work separate in reporting.
Request operating confirmation and route documentation as a separate part of the scope. These do not prove audience impressions, sales or return on investment. Reconfirm event dates and hours close to the campaign, and agree on how a schedule change would be handled.
