Match the message to the aviation audience.
The official organizer lists SUN ’n FUN Aerospace Expo for April 6–11, 2027 at the SUN ’n FUN Expo Campus in Lakeland, Florida. Programming includes aviation-related exhibitions and activities. Select the visitor you want to reach instead of treating every attendee as a buyer for the same product.
Three practical advertiser angles.
An aviation supplier with a confirmed exhibit could propose “See [product] in person. Meet us at [verified booth].” Its landing page should show the product, verified exhibit location and appointment option. Do not add a booth number or claim exhibitor status before it is confirmed.
A local hospitality business could use “Staying in Lakeland? Reserve dinner at [business].” Send visitors to the correct restaurant or reservation page. An aviation training or technical employer could instead use “Explore our aviation careers” with a relevant job-information page. These are proposed creative examples, not client campaigns, employment offers or official show partnerships.
Separate arrival windows from access rights.
Consider an offsite morning travel window, an exhibitor appointment window or evening hospitality message according to the actual audience and daily schedule. The organizer says detailed schedules are added as confirmed and may change. Do not invent an airshow time or a fixed visitor route.
The venue is at Lakeland Linder International Airport. Airport operations, airside areas, campgrounds, drop-off areas and event parking require their own rules and permissions; ordinary public-road campaign planning does not include them. Obtain a date-specific review of traffic, closures, vehicle dimensions and lawful staging before an itinerary is confirmed. Do not interpret a visitor map or aircraft arrival procedure as advertising-truck authorization.
Separate Lakeland from Tampa or Orlando hotel requests. Regional coverage requires travel and additional operating windows, not an assumption that one loop reaches every relevant visitor.
Give the response an owner.
Keep the screen readable with one message and destination. Test the mobile page and form notification before launch. Assign an owner to meeting requests or reservations, and distinguish completed responses from page visits. Ask for agreed operating confirmation and route documentation separately; no lead count, audience impression total or ROI is guaranteed.
