Campaign basics

What is a digital mobile billboard?

A digital mobile billboard is an LED advertising truck that carries your message through selected streets, districts and event areas. Each truck has three LED screens for visibility from multiple angles.

Where are campaigns available?

Campaigns can be coordinated across the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and select European markets. Availability depends on the city, dates, truck count and campaign requirements.

What is the difference between shared and exclusive campaigns?

ELITE 305 is a Miami shared program with a limited group of non-competing advertisers. Total Takeover™ gives one advertiser exclusive control of the truck, all three screens, routes, timing and campaign plan.

How quickly can a campaign launch?

Timing depends on truck availability, market, creative readiness and campaign size. Some campaigns can move quickly, while multi-market or multi-truck campaigns require additional coordination.

ELITE 305 shared campaign

What does ELITE 305 cost?

The program is $700 per week and is billed every four weeks at $2,800.

What is included?

The weekly package includes approximately 40 campaign hours, all three LED screens, roughly 900 scheduled ten-second displays, weekend street-team postcard distribution, an advertiser card on the ELITE 305 landing page and weekly campaign reporting.

Why is the program limited to 16 advertisers?

Limiting the program keeps the rotation manageable and protects category exclusivity. Only one participating advertiser is accepted from each business category.

Where does the Miami truck operate?

The route prioritizes Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Midtown and the Design District. Nearby professional sports, concerts, festivals, conventions and other major events may be incorporated when appropriate.

Where do the QR codes lead?

Truck and postcard QR codes direct consumers to the ELITE 305 offers page. Each advertiser receives a card with an offer and a call to action that can link to a website, booking calendar, phone call, contact form, offer page or social profile.

03

Total Takeover™ exclusive

What does exclusive use mean?

Your brand controls the truck and all three LED screens without other advertisers rotating into the campaign.

Can we choose the route and schedule?

Yes. Exclusive campaigns are planned around your target audience, selected areas, venues, dates, time windows and campaign objective.

Can we use more than one truck?

Yes. Total Takeover™ campaigns can scale from one truck in one market to coordinated fleets of 50 or more trucks across multiple markets.

Can the truck attend a specific event?

Yes, subject to access, local rules, truck availability and event logistics. Campaigns can be planned around concerts, sporting events, conventions, grand openings, product launches and other high-traffic moments.

04

Creative, tracking & reporting

Do you create the advertisement?

We can review available creative and help coordinate the correct screen-ready format. Creative requirements and any design needs are confirmed during campaign planning.

Can creative change during a campaign?

Creative changes can be coordinated for exclusive campaigns when files, timing and campaign logistics allow. Shared-campaign changes should be arranged in advance.

Do exclusive campaigns include GPS tracking?

Yes. GPS visibility and campaign reporting are available for Total Takeover™ campaigns so advertisers can follow campaign activity.

What happens during bad weather?

Operations are evaluated for safety and local conditions. Weather, road closures, emergencies and legal restrictions may require route or schedule adjustments.

05

Pricing & booking

How is an exclusive campaign priced?

Pricing is customized around the market, campaign dates, hours, truck count, route complexity, event requirements and creative needs.

What information should I provide for a quote?

Share your target city or cities, preferred dates, expected hours, number of trucks, campaign objective, important locations or events and whether creative is ready.

Is availability guaranteed?

No. Trucks and markets are subject to availability, so earlier planning is recommended for major events, peak seasons and multi-truck campaigns.
