Your exhibitors invest in a booth to meet the audience inside. You can also give them an optional way to be seen around the event district. The Digital Mobile Billboard Company can quote an exclusive truck campaign to an organizer for a flat agreed fee. The organizer may then package available screen time or a coordinated campaign for participating exhibitors under its own vendor offering, subject to the agreement, event rights and clear vendor disclosures.
How an organizer package could work
First, share the city, venue, dates, expected vendors and the visitor districts that matter. We check truck availability and workable public routes. Next, agree on operating hours, creative specifications, rotation, approvals, reporting and the flat truck fee. The organizer then decides whether and how to offer the optional advertising add-on to vendors. We should review the number of messages so each ad has a practical amount of display time.
A 10-hour event day is one possible schedule, depending on quote and local conditions. A truck could run before opening for arrival traffic, cover relevant hotels and public business corridors during show hours, then shift toward the post-show dining and hospitality areas. Entrances, shuttle zones and private venue property are never assumed to be available.
A potential new event offering
For the right show, an optional off-site advertising package can add value for exhibitors and create an additional revenue opportunity for the organizer. We build a proposal around the event schedule, truck availability, creative rotation and route feasibility. The organizer can then decide whether the package fits its vendor program. Pricing, commercial terms and any resale or sponsorship rights are discussed privately and documented before an offer is made to vendors.
Make the vendor offer useful
Give vendors a clear description of the number of days, operating windows, message length, creative deadline, rotation and proof they can expect. Avoid promises that a truck will park at a specific entrance or that every attendee will see it. A shared rotation can carry multiple vendor messages; a sponsor may prefer a dedicated truck or a prominent placement if the economics and rights work.
What we need to build a proposal
- Event name, city, venue and dates
- Expected exhibitors and optional package concept
- Desired operating days and hours
- Venue and hotel geography, plus relevant off-site activities
- Creative approval and brand-use requirements
- Any venue, sponsor or organizer permissions already secured
Build an optional vendor offering.
Send us your event details and we will discuss a flat-fee truck proposal, available routes and a realistic vendor package.
