A game-day campaign starts before a fan reaches the gate. People make plans, meet friends, choose somewhere to eat and travel between hotels, neighborhoods and the ballpark. A digital mobile billboard can support those moments with a clear local message on suitable public roads. It works alongside the game-day experience when the timing, offer and destination make sense together.

The 2026 World Series pairs the Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays, with host games in Milwaukee and St. Petersburg. Our World Series schedule lists the dates and stadiums, including conditional games. Use the official schedule as the starting point, then confirm availability and road conditions for the specific game you want to support.

Think about the journey around the stadium

The opportunity is not simply “put a truck next to the stadium.” A useful brief identifies the customer you want, where that person can realistically act and when your business can serve them. A restaurant might focus on an early meal before the game. A retailer could promote a nearby store during daytime visitor activity. A hospitality business may have a reason to reach overnight guests away from the immediate ballpark footprint.

These are planning ideas, not promises of a particular road, parking spot or crowd size. Stadium property, private lots, security perimeters and pedestrian areas are not included access. A final operating plan needs a review of closures, traffic controls, truck clearance, lawful stopping and any separately authorized staging.

Match the message to the game-day window

Before the game: give people enough time to use the offer. “Dinner before first pitch” needs a reachable address, available tables and service hours that fit. A message that appears too late for someone to respond creates attention without a practical next step.

During the game: do not assume spectators inside the stadium can see an outside truck. If you request operating hours then, identify a different relevant audience, such as customers in a nearby dining district or visitors who are not attending. Your campaign should have a reason for that time block.

After the game: connect the message to what is actually open. A restaurant or entertainment offer should use current hours and a destination people can reach. Game length and traffic are variable, so avoid an inflexible plan that depends on an exact final-out time.

Who can benefit from a stadium-area campaign?

Restaurants, local retailers, hotels, visitor attractions and service businesses can have a useful offer for people in town for baseball. Consumer brands may want to introduce a product or build recognition across a defined market. A separately authorized private event can use a truck to point invited guests toward its own destination.

The fit depends on the offer, not just the event name. A business well outside the visitor area may need a different route or a broader local campaign. Tell us the trade area and customer profile instead of assuming every baseball fan is a qualified prospect.

Make the creative easy to understand

Use one main benefit, a recognizable brand and one response. A short address or memorable URL can be more useful than a list of locations, several offers and tiny text. Keep the destination consistent across the truck artwork, website and any related social post.

A QR code can provide an extra response option for stationary pedestrians who can safely stop and look. It should not be the only way to act, and the message should never encourage drivers to use a phone while driving. Test the final artwork and landing page before launch.

Keep team logos, player likenesses, league marks and language suggesting an official relationship out of the creative unless you have the necessary rights and approvals. Buying independent mobile advertising does not grant those rights or make your business an event sponsor.

Build flexibility into a postseason plan

Games 5, 6 and 7 are only played if needed. Treat those dates as conditional when requesting a quote, preparing artwork and discussing operating commitments. Ask what happens if a game is unnecessary, postponed or rescheduled, and have the agreed terms recorded before booking.

Separate Milwaukee and St. Petersburg into their own availability and logistics reviews. A single series does not mean one truck can cover both cities without travel time, scheduling constraints or a different local supplier. The confirmed quote should identify dates, hours, creative requirements and any mobilization arrangements.

Measure business responses separately from delivery

A dedicated landing page, tagged link or offer code can help your team review inquiries, reservations or purchases associated with the campaign. Ask new customers how they found you and compare responses with the actual operating dates. Keep those results separate from route documentation: GPS records show operation, not proof that a particular person saw an ad or made a purchase.

Start with the business goal and request a plan that can be evaluated against it. Explore stadium advertising, dedicated truck campaigns and campaign pricing factors. For local context, see Milwaukee, St. Petersburg and our nationwide location guides.
