Start with the event and a relevant customer task
Ai4 2027 is scheduled for August 2–5 at The Venetian in Las Vegas. Its published tracks cover AI transformation, industry applications, business functions and technical practice, including agent deployment, governance, reliability and moving AI projects into operational use.
Event dates: August 2–5, 2027. Location: The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas.
Who could use this campaign context?
For campaign planning, Ai4 suggests an opportunity for vendors that can explain a specific implementation problem in one readable sentence. An agent observability company could lead with tracing failures; a governance platform could emphasize approval workflows; an implementation consultancy could invite teams to discuss a stalled pilot. These are inferred advertiser fits, rather than claims about who will see a truck. Use the outdoor creative to establish the problem and a memorable destination, then let the landing page qualify visitors by role, project stage and buying timeline. A technical checklist or a short consultation request gives interested people a useful next step without asking a moving display to explain an entire enterprise product.
Three illustrative advertiser briefs
These concepts are proposed advertising approaches. They are not current client offers, organizer endorsements or reports of campaign outcomes.
Illustrative agent observability vendor
Screen idea: Find the failure in your AI workflow
Response destination: A campaign page offering a sample agent trace and a booked diagnostic
What to measure: Track campaign-tagged diagnostic bookings and qualified opportunities separately from page visits
Illustrative AI governance platform
Screen idea: Know who can approve your AI
Response destination: A role-based approval checklist with an optional product walkthrough
What to measure: Count checklist downloads, completed walkthrough requests and sales-accepted leads
Illustrative enterprise AI consultancy
Screen idea: Give your AI pilot a next step
Response destination: A pilot readiness assessment and available consultation times
What to measure: Measure completed assessments and attended consultations using a dedicated campaign code
Separate arrival planning from the official program
Build the display plan around the confirmed August 2–5 event dates. Ai4’s FAQ recommends arriving by Monday morning, August 2, and departing August 6; an arrival message before opening day is therefore a planning option, rather than an additional conference date. The venue page also contains an inconsistent Sunday reference, so reconfirm badge pickup and the final agenda before assigning shifts. Separate an introductory arrival creative from meeting reminders during the conference. Do not assume published dates establish session release times, evening gatherings or a predictable stream of people outside the resort.
Review the actual local operating area
Use The Venetian’s Las Vegas Boulevard address as the geographic starting point for a route review, then evaluate legal public-road approaches near the resort against the campaign’s actual hotel and meeting locations. A nearby road segment does not establish visibility into an indoor convention hall. Private Venetian forecourts, hotel drives, loading areas and curb space are not included in a public-road display plan; any proposed use needs separate property permission. Confirm current restrictions, turning feasibility, traffic conditions and safe operating windows before committing. Keep location-specific invitations accurate enough that a visitor can find the booked meeting independently.
Make the screen and response page work together
Use the advertiser’s brand, one readable headline and a memorable short URL. A QR code can support people who are stationary and can scan safely; it should not be the only response path. Put specifications, eligibility, availability and longer explanations on a matching mobile page. If you advertise a booth, meeting room or demonstration, verify the location, participation and staffing before releasing the artwork.
Test the form, booking calendar and confirmation message on a phone. Use a dedicated campaign tag or appropriate tracked phone number to distinguish voluntary responses. Report visits, qualified inquiries and attended meetings as different stages. GPS records and campaign photos document delivery; they do not count individual viewers or guarantee sales.
Prepare an event-specific proposal
Share the customer task, real meeting or business address, requested dates, local operating hours, truck count and creative. Separate travel or repositioning time from message display. Identify any private-property, staging or event-access request in advance so it can be reviewed separately. Ask what artwork changes, GPS documentation and campaign photographs are included. Current prices and availability remain subject to the written campaign scope.
