Ten days. One focused audience.

Your next customer could be just down the road.

Bike Week brings motorcycle culture, shopping, live entertainment and brand activations together across the Daytona area. Whether you’re launching gear, showcasing custom builds or filling a venue, your message can travel beyond your location.

Our LED advertising trucks put bold creative on the road, with a campaign built around who you want to reach, where you want them to go and when your message matters most.

The audience opportunity

A major gathering. Meaningful time on the ground.

Historical attendance gives your team a useful starting point for planning—not a promise of how many people will see an individual campaign.

Main Street dwell time

Average time spent in the Main Street area during the 2024 event.

Source: City of Daytona Beach, March 20, 2024, using Placer.ai cellphone-location estimates for Main Street, Daytona International Speedway and Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Boulevard. Estimates are subject to location-data coverage and methodology; they are not a census or a 2027 forecast.

Who is in the crowd?

2024 Main Street: median age 45; median household income $55,000. Source: reporting on city geofencing data.

The tourism authority’s 2023 study describes a typical travel party of two, an increase in repeat attendees and a more diverse visitor mix. Older riders showed stronger loyalty to the local Bike Week experience, while newer participants explored the wider region.

These are historical audience snapshots. Main Street demographics do not represent every Bike Week venue. A verified 2027 age, gender and income breakdown is not yet available.

What this means for your campaign

Plan around the audience nearest your activation, then match your creative and hours to their movements. Potential ad exposure depends on the approved route, operating hours, truck count, visibility and creative rotation. Event attendance is not a truck impression count or guaranteed reach.

Explore the rally footprint

Bike Week stretches well beyond Main Street.

Explore the Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach hubs below. Select a numbered marker or location to see its role in the rally.

  1. Beachside rally hub: street activity, bike displays, bars and live entertainment.

  2. Downtown dining and shopping area for destination-focused campaign planning.

  3. Motorcycle racing, demo rides and marketplace activity; venue access requires separate approval.

  4. Dealership and vendor hub at 1637 N US Highway 1, Ormond Beach.

  5. Longstanding live-music and biker gathering area in Ormond Beach.

  6. Another established Bike Week activity corridor monitored in the city’s attendance study.

Map shows approximate activity-hub locations on a real street basemap, not a booked truck route, official event boundary or access permission. Main Street and other roads may have event restrictions. Open the area in Google Maps.

Plan Your Bike Week Advertising
Turn attention into a destination

Give riders a reason to stop by.

01

Bring them to you

Promote your booth, dealership, showroom or off-site activation with a clear location and a compelling reason to visit.

02

Match the moment

Showcase daytime demos and product launches, then shift your creative to evening concerts, parties or venue promotions.

03

Make your message move

Use bright LED displays and dynamic video to showcase your bikes, products or experience beyond a static vendor banner.

Built around your activation

One rally. Plenty of ways to stand out.

Motorcycle brands. Parts and accessories. Riding gear. Dealerships. Restaurants and bars. Concerts and entertainment. If Bike Week riders are your audience, let’s build a campaign around your goal.
