Start with the event and a relevant customer task
Google Cloud Next 2027 takes place April 13–15 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The official FAQ describes conference sessions, product demonstrations, keynotes and receptions, with a separate Partner Summit beginning April 12 and continuing alongside the main event.
Event dates: April 13–15, 2027. Location: Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas.
Partner Summit has a separate April 12–15 schedule; main conference dates remain April 13–15.
Who could use this campaign context?
For advertisers, the useful planning distinction is between a technical product conversation and a partner business conversation. A cloud cost platform might offer a workload review, a security vendor might invite teams to examine permissions, and a services firm might promote a migration planning session. These are inferred campaign opportunities, not assertions about audience composition or event affiliation. Give each offer its own landing page and make the requested action explicit: reserve a technical meeting, request an assessment or review a service brief. A broad cloud slogan may create recognition, but a concrete task helps sales teams understand why someone responded. Keep any meeting invitation tied to a real booking location and confirmed staff availability.
Three illustrative advertiser briefs
These concepts are proposed advertising approaches. They are not current client offers, organizer endorsements or reports of campaign outcomes.
Illustrative cloud cost management vendor
Screen idea: Know which workloads drive your bill
Response destination: A cloud spend review booking page explaining the data needed for the consultation
What to measure: Track booked reviews, attended meetings and qualified evaluations with campaign tags
Illustrative cloud security vendor
Screen idea: Review your cloud permissions
Response destination: A permissions assessment overview with a request form
What to measure: Count completed assessment requests and sales-accepted opportunities
Illustrative cloud migration consultancy
Screen idea: Plan your next workload move
Response destination: A migration workshop invitation with confirmed meeting details
What to measure: Record workshop registrations, attendance and follow-up discovery calls
Separate arrival planning from the official program
Use April 13–15 as the main conference display window. The official FAQ places Partner Summit programming on April 12–15, which supports considering an earlier partner-focused message where the advertiser has a relevant offer. That earlier date does not extend general Next programming. An arrival-day introduction and a later meeting reminder can serve different purposes, but exact shifts should follow the final agenda and the advertiser’s confirmed appointments. Recheck session schedules and reception details before placing time-sensitive copy. Do not infer an outdoor audience peak simply from a keynote or session appearing on the calendar.
Review the actual local operating area
Anchor the feasibility review on Mandalay Bay Convention Center, rather than treating the entire Strip as one interchangeable circuit. Review public-road options around the south Strip and the Las Vegas Boulevard and Russell Road approaches in relation to actual meeting destinations. The convention center is part of a large resort campus, so proximity on a map does not establish a view of conference entrances or a short walking connection. Private Mandalay Bay forecourts, resort drives, loading areas and pickup lanes are not included. Validate permissions, road restrictions, circulation and safe operation before specifying any route or promising a viewing position.
Make the screen and response page work together
Use the advertiser’s brand, one readable headline and a memorable short URL. A QR code can support people who are stationary and can scan safely; it should not be the only response path. Put specifications, eligibility, availability and longer explanations on a matching mobile page. If you advertise a booth, meeting room or demonstration, verify the location, participation and staffing before releasing the artwork.
Test the form, booking calendar and confirmation message on a phone. Use a dedicated campaign tag or appropriate tracked phone number to distinguish voluntary responses. Report visits, qualified inquiries and attended meetings as different stages. GPS records and campaign photos document delivery; they do not count individual viewers or guarantee sales.
Prepare an event-specific proposal
Share the customer task, real meeting or business address, requested dates, local operating hours, truck count and creative. Separate travel or repositioning time from message display. Identify any private-property, staging or event-access request in advance so it can be reviewed separately. Ask what artwork changes, GPS documentation and campaign photographs are included. Current prices and availability remain subject to the written campaign scope.
