Start with the event and a relevant customer task

HumanX’s current US event page lists March 8–10, 2027, in Las Vegas and identifies Mandalay Bay as its exhibition venue. Its AI program combines curated sessions, live product demonstrations and arranged meetings, with published topics spanning security, infrastructure, agents, customer experience and developer tools.

Event dates: March 8–10, 2027. Location: Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas.

Current official US dates are March 8–10; older pages with March 7–10 are not used as the main schedule.

Who could use this campaign context?

HumanX offers a useful planning context for advertisers selling an operational outcome rather than a general promise about AI. A customer service automation vendor could invite teams to inspect an escalation workflow, an infrastructure provider could offer an inference cost discussion, and a governance company could demonstrate approval controls. These are inferred advertiser opportunities, not verified claims about the people who will encounter a display. Keep the street message focused on one decision a buyer faces, with supporting evidence and qualification on the landing page. Where an advertiser arranges its own meeting, show the real location and available times. Do not imply that an independent invitation belongs to HumanX’s official meeting programs or grants event access.

Three illustrative advertiser briefs

These concepts are proposed advertising approaches. They are not current client offers, organizer endorsements or reports of campaign outcomes.

Illustrative customer service AI vendor

Screen idea: See where your AI hands off

Response destination: A human escalation workflow demo and an independent meeting scheduler

What to measure: Track demo requests, attended meetings and qualified service evaluations

Illustrative inference infrastructure provider

Screen idea: Put a cost behind each AI request

Response destination: An inference cost worksheet with a technical consultation offer

What to measure: Measure completed worksheets, booked consultations and qualified trials

Illustrative AI controls platform

Screen idea: Set the limits before agents act

Response destination: A sample approval workflow with a product demonstration request

What to measure: Count qualified demonstration requests and subsequent evaluation starts

Separate arrival planning from the official program

Plan against March 8–10, 2027, as the main event dates shown on the current US page. Some older HumanX pages have used March 7–10; treat March 7 as a possible arrival planning day only until the organizer confirms any specific programming. For an independent advertiser, an early introduction can promote available appointments, while later creative can remind people of a concrete demo offer. Confirm the final agenda, exhibition hours and your own meeting availability before setting display shifts. The event’s scheduled indoor activity does not establish when people will be outdoors or which road they will use.

Review the actual local operating area

For HumanX, evaluate a south Strip plan tied to Mandalay Bay and the advertiser’s confirmed meeting location, rather than copying a Venetian-focused circuit from another AI event. Public-road candidates around Las Vegas Boulevard and the Russell Road approach require a current operational review. A resort arrival lane is not equivalent to a public advertising position, and private Mandalay Bay forecourts, drives, pickup areas and loading facilities are not included. Indoor movement between sessions, demonstrations and meetings may never reach a roadside sightline. Check restrictions, traffic, turning options and property permissions before committing to specific segments, dwell plans or entrance-related creative.

Make the screen and response page work together

Use the advertiser’s brand, one readable headline and a memorable short URL. A QR code can support people who are stationary and can scan safely; it should not be the only response path. Put specifications, eligibility, availability and longer explanations on a matching mobile page. If you advertise a booth, meeting room or demonstration, verify the location, participation and staffing before releasing the artwork.

Test the form, booking calendar and confirmation message on a phone. Use a dedicated campaign tag or appropriate tracked phone number to distinguish voluntary responses. Report visits, qualified inquiries and attended meetings as different stages. GPS records and campaign photos document delivery; they do not count individual viewers or guarantee sales.

Prepare an event-specific proposal

Share the customer task, real meeting or business address, requested dates, local operating hours, truck count and creative. Separate travel or repositioning time from message display. Identify any private-property, staging or event-access request in advance so it can be reviewed separately. Ask what artwork changes, GPS documentation and campaign photographs are included. Current prices and availability remain subject to the written campaign scope.
