A Florida campaign can mean a Miami neighborhood promotion, an Orlando convention, a Tampa Bay launch or a sequence of activations across several regions. Those assignments need different operating plans. Start with the customer audience and destination before deciding how much of the state to cover.
A visitor looking for an evening destination, an attendee going to a convention and a resident shopping near home do not share the same itinerary. Give each operating block one purpose. A statewide offer can keep the same brand identity while changing the local destination or call to action.
Choose the Florida markets that support the goal.
The areas below are campaign-planning options, not fixed routes or a promise of truck availability. Open the city guides for a more focused local brief.
Miami and South Florida
Use the business location or event as the anchor. A Brickell business message, a Miami Beach hospitality offer and a Fort Lauderdale campaign should have their own audience windows. Include travel between counties in the scope rather than assuming every district fits into one shift.

Orlando and Central Florida
Separate convention-area activity from downtown events and local retail. For an Orlando exhibitor, lead with the booth or demonstration destination. For a neighborhood opening, concentrate around the business and relevant customer area instead of trying to reach every visitor corridor.
Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast
Choose the side of the bay and the customer destination first. Tampa and St. Petersburg need distinct operating blocks when both are requested. Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples are separate market assignments with their own availability and transfer review.

North Florida and event destinations
For Jacksonville, Daytona Beach or Pensacola, request the actual event, business district or customer area. Do not treat these markets as an extension of a South Florida route. Verify the organizer schedule before committing to event-specific creative.

Example brief: an Orlando exhibitor and a Miami retail promotion
These are two different assignments even when one company funds them. The Orlando creative could identify a booth and a demonstration window; the Miami creative could show a store offer and address. If the dates overlap, request separate trucks. If the dates are sequential, ask whether a transfer is practical and how it affects operating time. This is a planning example, not a reported customer outcome.

What does an exclusive LED truck campaign in Florida cost?
Our published starting prices below are for one dedicated truck. They are starting points for a quote, not fixed prices for every Florida market, date or route.
| Package | Starting price | Operating schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | $1,000 | One day, eight operating hours. |
| Weekly | $5,000 | Five consecutive days, eight hours daily: 40 total hours. |
| Monthly | $18,000 | 20 consecutive days, eight hours daily: 160 total hours. |
Weekly and monthly packages require consecutive days. Market availability, travel, truck count, creative requirements and additional services can affect the final quote. Confirm the operating schedule and deliverables in the written scope. Read the full pricing guide.
A separate option for shared Miami advertising
ELITE 305 starts at $700 per week, billed every four weeks at $2,800. It is limited to 16 advertisers, with one advertiser per business category. Its approximately 40 weekly truck hours are shared operating hours with advertisements in rotation, not exclusive screen time for each advertiser. Review program availability and commitments before booking.
Prepare the creative and reporting for each local deployment.
Use one clear offer or message with a destination the viewer can remember. For a campaign covering several Florida markets, confirm whether local addresses, event details or response links need different artwork versions. Request the screen specifications for the actual truck before producing the final files.
Ask for the route documentation, operating confirmation and campaign photographs included in the proposal. Those records document delivery; they do not count individual viewers. A unique landing page, short URL, QR destination or inquiry code can help track response, but it does not prove every resulting sale came from the truck.

What to send for a useful Florida quote
- Name the Florida region and each customer destination.
- Distinguish local residents from event attendees or visitors.
- List county-to-county travel and multi-market dates separately.
Include the campaign goal, city or cities, dates, operating hours, truck count, artwork status and requested reporting. A venue reference does not include private-property access, event sponsorship or a reserved stopping location. Those details need separate review.
Florida campaign questions
Does a Florida quote include every city?
No. List the cities, dates and hours you want. A Florida service inquiry is the starting point for a defined operating scope, not unlimited statewide driving.
Can we combine Orlando and South Florida?
Yes, request both. The plan must address separate operating windows, travel and truck availability. Simultaneous campaigns may require more than one truck.
Is ELITE 305 available throughout Florida?
ELITE 305 is the shared Miami program. Other Florida requests should be scoped for dedicated service or a separately confirmed available program.
