The first decision in a Texas LED truck campaign is how many distinct markets the assignment actually needs. Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio should be budgeted as individual deployments. A broad statewide objective becomes useful when it is translated into a schedule, audience and operating area for each market.

Separate local exposure from market-to-market travel.

A vehicle transferring between cities is not automatically delivering the same campaign value as a truck working the customer area. Ask how transfer time, arrival, staging and operating hours appear in the proposal. For overlapping dates, discuss multiple trucks rather than assuming one vehicle can serve distant audiences at once.

Choose the Texas markets that support the goal.

The areas below are campaign-planning options, not fixed routes or a promise of truck availability. Open the city guides for a more focused local brief.

Dallas–Fort Worth: name the actual destination

A Dallas business campaign, an Arlington event and a Fort Worth promotion need different operating blocks. Identify the store, venue or district before using DFW as the whole route description. Plano, Frisco and Irving requests should include the customer destination and the hours that matter.

Houston: build around the customer area

Start with the business, event or audience district and keep the initial route focused. A regional brand can quote several Houston operating areas, but it should rank them. That helps the campaign team evaluate coverage, travel and the requested operating window.

Houston

Austin and nearby requests

Separate an Austin event audience from a Round Rock store or service-area promotion. If the goal is an exhibition or brand gathering, use a clear meeting or response destination. An unrelated local offer needs a separate creative and audience brief.

San Antonio and other Texas markets

Name the market explicitly. A San Antonio hospitality assignment, a Corpus Christi promotion and an El Paso launch should not be packaged as interchangeable stops. Availability, timing and the local operating plan must be reviewed for each request.

Example brief: the same retail offer in Dallas and Houston

Keep the core offer and brand identity consistent, then change the store destination and response link for each market. Request the same operating dates only if simultaneous coverage matters to the launch. A phased campaign may use different dates. Review both proposals against the same hours and reporting requirements so the comparison is useful. No travel-time or performance outcome is implied by this example.

These are exclusive campaign packages. The ELITE 305 shared program is a separate Miami offering and is not represented as a shared route in this state.

Prepare the creative and reporting for each local deployment.

Use one clear offer or message with a destination the viewer can remember. For a campaign covering several Texas markets, confirm whether local addresses, event details or response links need different artwork versions. Request the screen specifications for the actual truck before producing the final files.

Ask for the route documentation, operating confirmation and campaign photographs included in the proposal. Those records document delivery; they do not count individual viewers. A unique landing page, short URL, QR destination or inquiry code can help track response, but it does not prove every resulting sale came from the truck.

What to send for a useful Texas quote

Include the campaign goal, city or cities, dates, operating hours, truck count, artwork status and requested reporting. A venue reference does not include private-property access, event sponsorship or a reserved stopping location. Those details need separate review.

Texas campaign questions

Can one truck cover multiple Texas cities?

A sequential plan may be possible, subject to scheduling, transfer and availability review. One truck cannot provide simultaneous coverage in separate markets.

Does a DFW request automatically include every surrounding city?

No. List the priority destinations, including suburbs, and ask for the proposed operating scope and travel assumptions.

Can the same artwork be used across Texas?

A common brand message can be reused if it fits the assigned screens. Adapt local addresses, store offers, dates and response destinations as needed.
